We present our conference for Emerging Black Women Leaders (ages 18-24), featuring 3 Workshops, to encourage our youth in STEM.

The Youth

We specifically save our youth from the perils of academic failure, low self-esteem, and crippled futures. We augment their futures in providing scholarships for higher learning and workshops centered around preparing young ladies and men for full participation as leaders in the 21st Century.

The National Initiative prompts this mission through 3 programs focused on various ages of the youth:

  • Dr. Betty Shabazz DELTA ACADEMY
  • DELTA GEMS: Growing and Empowering myself successfully
  • EMBODI: Empowering males to build opportunities for developing independence
